matchmy.team is a web-based matchmaking platform that orchestrates regular coffee chats and team matching — without the no-show frustration.

The core principle: quality over quantity through Ready/Away. Only people who actively opt in get matched. That way, only people who actually want to meet end up meeting.

The target audience: companies (HR, team leads) that want to strengthen employee retention and reduce churn — and communities that need authentic encounters.

I designed and built the platform from the ground up: the domain model (Program → Team → Membership), the matching system, the enterprise-readiness bits. Symfony on the backend, Turbo for interaction — no framework overhead, no SPA lock-in.
